Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Please make sure to inform your exact billing information (first and last name, middle initial, billing address, credit card number, expiration date and security code as it appears on your credit card statement.

Sales Tax
If the shipping address is WashingtonState, local sales tax will be added.
If the shipping address is not WashingtonState, No sales tax will be added.

Credit Card Charges
We charge your credit card when an item ships to you. Because items may ship at different times, you may find separate charges on your credit card statement.

We ships items using:
UPS FedEx
After an order is placed with Wahoojin-usa.com, our customer service representative will email you shortly to confirm your order and payment method. Stocked items are shipped within 5 business day during weekdays. If items are not in stock, customer service representative will inform you when you can receive it. When an item ships, a shipment confirmation email is sent that includes a tracking number. You may use this tracking number to view the progress of your shipment.

Domestic Shipping Costs and Methods
Item will be shipped by UPS/FEDEX ground shipping.
Domestic Shipping cost in the continental (excludes Hawaii and Alaska as well as all International orders) is as follows;

  • $8.50 up to $500.00 total amount of orders
  • $5.00 over $500.00 total amount of orders

If you want to be shipped by 2 days, overnight shipping, please inform it to customer service representative.    

International Shipping Costs and Methods
International shipping charges are based on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of package, and its destination. 

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to import charges, duties, or taxes which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Contact customer service representative for detail.  

Shipping Restrictions

Because we use UPS / FEDEX for delivery, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses as well as P.O. Boxes. 

 

Returns/Exchanges

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment.

Our return policy is as follows:

Merchandise may be retuned within 30 days from date of shipment.
Before return, need to get RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER(RA#) contacting customer service representative.
Items being returned must NOT be WORN, WASHED, or ALTERED.
Items being returned must have all original tags attached.

To make a return, send your request via e-mail to get return authorization number to customer@wahoojin-usa.com or call 206 274 5934 Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.  Please include the following information with your return request:

  • Name
  • E-Mail Address
  • Phone Number (we will only use this to notify you of any problems with your return request)
  • Order Number
  • Style Name and Size that is being returned
  • Reason for Your Return (please be as specific as possible)

Please be sure to include all of the information above with your return request.  Your return may not be processed if we do not have all of your information.  After your return request is accepted, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label with return authorization number that will be sent to you via e-mail. If returned package will not have this label, we will refuse to receive packages.

We will refund the full purchase price plus the shipping charges only:

  • If the wrong item was shipped to you.
  • If the item was damaged after inspection and verification upon receipt at We fulfillment center.

In all other cases, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the return shipping and handling charges once the item has been received at We fulfillment center.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of shipment. To make an exchange, please process your return first. Next, make the exchange for a different size, wash, style, etc. as a separate transaction.
